To Begin REGISTRATION:
PLEASE Read "Registration Information" below, THEN Scroll Down to the programs listed below. Select the "Begin Registration" button under your player's appropriate GRADE level.
COACHES & VOLUNTEERS are required to register under a separate program.
There is no fee.
Returning SVGS players: If you have registered for SVGS programs in the past, please "Sign in" to your family's account using your email and password when prompted at the start of the registration program. If you do not remember your password, one will be sent to you. Please update any contact information as this is how we contact you during the season.
New Players to SVGS: If your family has never registered for SVGS programs, you will need to "Create an Account". Please follow the prompts at the start of the registration program.
SVGS has adopted a complete re-draft policy last year for ALL Junior and Senior Division Teams (Grades 4-8): We will no longer be assigning "returning" players to their previous year's team. All Junior and Senior players will need to attend the Placement Clinic on TBD. Coaches will select their players at the "Draft" process following the Placement Clinic. Head Coach and Assistant Coaches daughter's will be frozen to their teams in the draft. Siblings may be assigned to the same team if requested. Coach’s with no child competing in SVGS will be allowed to freeze one player on previous year roster in said division. If assistant coach has no player in said division coach will be allowed to choose an additional player from previous years roster. Coach’s with multiple children in the same division 2nd child will be frozen in the 3rd round 3rd child in 4th and so on. Any players registering after draft will be assigned to the team in their division in draft order.
Placement Requests: Placement requests are ONLY considered for T-ball and Ponytail Divisions (grades TK-3) but may not always be possible. There is a "placement request" box during the registration process to note your request. Placement requests are not allowed in the Junior and Senior Divisions (grades 4-8). Teams are formed using a "Draft" system after the Placement Clinic is complete.
The Placement Clinic Date is on a Saturday, TBD, at Siltanen Park: It is for ALL Junior and Senior division players (grades 4-8). There is no makeup day. If your daughter is unable to attend, her name will be placed in a hat and she will be randomly selected to a team. We request that every effort be made to attend the placement clinic. If there is a rain out the placement clinic will be determined and posted to the website home page.
Playing Up Requests:
Players requesting to "play up" at a higher grade division must attend that Placement Clinic to qualify for possible advanced placement. They should also attend their own grade level Placement Clinic. Please Email Maria Gauthier at email@example.com to request an evaluation. Please indicate "Play Up Request" in the subject of the email.
